Waitlist terms

SultanPay is a company in formation. Until incorporation, your data is held by the SultanPay founding team and used only to manage the waitlist and contact you about early access and product research. When SultanPay's company is incorporated, your data will be transferred to it and we will notify you by email. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to hello@sultanpay.co.

These terms are not an offer of a card, wallet, or any other financial product.

SultanPay is not yet offering payment services. Any future services will be provided through licensed partners and are subject to regulatory approval.

The waitlist is for Singapore and Malaysia residents aged 18 and over. Joining does not reserve a product or guarantee an invite.

We will invite waitlist members in batches. There is no public launch date.

A referral link only tells us that someone joined from your link. It does not show them your details, and only confirmed invites count toward your place.
