Privacy notice

SultanPay is a company in formation. Until incorporation, your data is held by the SultanPay founding team and used only to manage the waitlist and contact you about early access and product research. When SultanPay's company is incorporated, your data will be transferred to it and we will notify you by email. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to hello@sultanpay.co.

What we collect

Email address, country, the time you gave consent, the version of the consent text, a salted hash of your IP address (not the IP itself), IP country when the host provides it, campaign parameters, a referral code, and any optional answers you add after confirming.

Purpose

We use this data to run the waitlist, send a confirmation email, tell you about early access, and invite some people to product research. We do not sell the list.

Retention

Waitlist records are deleted within 12 months of launch or on request, whichever comes first.

How to withdraw consent

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it records a withdrawal and stops further emails. You can also write to hello@sultanpay.co and ask us to delete your record.
