Waitlist terms

SultanPay is a brand of 1stopshopbiz Corp., with registered address at Unit 15 CV Starr Arcade, C.V. Starr Ave., Philam Village, Pamplona Dos, Las Piñas City. These terms cover the pre-launch user and merchant waitlists only.

These terms are not an offer of a wallet, card, or any other financial product.

SultanPay is not yet offering payment services. Any future services will be provided with licensed partners and are subject to regulatory approval.

The waitlist is for Philippines residents aged 18 and over, and for Filipinos overseas. Joining does not reserve a product or guarantee an invite.

We will invite waitlist members in batches. There is no public launch date.

A referral link only tells us that someone joined from your link. It does not show them your details, and only confirmed invites count toward your place. Members who joined with a mobile number only do not have a place in line until mobile confirmation is available.

Merchant interest forms are separate from the user waitlist. Submitting merchant details does not create a merchant account or payment acceptance relationship.

If you gave us an email address, every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Using it records a withdrawal and stops further contact. You can also withdraw at any time at sultanpay.co/withdraw using the email address or mobile number you signed up with, or by writing to hello@sultanpay.co.
